Hi, I’m Riley!

If you’re looking for help from Airbnb hosts with practical advice from their time in the trenches, you’re in the right place.

I practice what I preach, and I’m constantly learning and adapting to the changing travel economy.

I believe in helping you create welcoming spaces that wow your guests and add low-stress, fun income for you!

My Story

I started hosting on Airbnb in 2018 and set a goal of adding $1000/month to my wedding photography income.

Within just a few months, I realized that not only could I make much more than that… but I really loved the process!

Over the last five years, I’ve made just about every mistake in the book…

…but I’ve learned from those mistakes, and now I’m a Superhost with 9 properties, thousands of five-star reviews, and an income that’s allowed me to leave the wedding industry and make a full-time income with Airbnb in just a few hours a week.

Sharing these lessons is now the thing that brings me the most joy – I know how Airbnb changed my life, and I want that for you, too!

You’re in the right place if…

  • You own a property that you’d like to open to guests
  • You’re having a hard time getting booked or struggling to get good reviews (or any reviews at all)!
  • Hosting is taking up more time than you expected and you’re looking for a way to streamline your workflow (without compromising your standards)

I Help Hosts offers

  • Valuable, self-paced online courses
  • 1:1 listing feedback and support
  • Free tips and shortcuts

My mission

I created I Help Hosts to educate and inspire current and future Airbnb hosts.

I’ve met so many would-be hosts who either burned out on Airbnb or got confused or spooked and never started…

I believe that hosting on Airbnb doesn’t have to be hard, and I’m here to show people how they can create successful short-term rentals with relatively little effort.

This isn’t about shady get-rich-quick schemes or “rental arbitrage” (whatever that means)… it’s about helping real people use this amazing platform to add some extra fun and financial freedom to their lives.

What makes I Help Hosts different

I teach from (current) experience:

I’m an active Airbnb host, so I know what it’s like to be in your shoes. I understand the changing challenges and obstacles hosts face trying to run a successful short-term rental.

I also know how rewarding it can be when done right, and that’s why we created I Help Hosts – to help people overcome the challenges and enjoy the rewards of hosting on Airbnb.

I teach responsible Airbnb practices

I believe that Airbnb can and should be a force for good. That’s why I share my best strategies for how to run sustainable, ethical, and environmentally-friendly Airbnb businesses.

I teach hosts to make their spaces accessible

I believe that everyone should feel welcome and comfortable when they travel. That’s why I teach hosts how to have accessible, diversity-friendly homes.
