“Stylish house perfect for a friends getaway or family with kids. The beautiful new pool area was our favorite part and we spent day and night floating and lounging back there. Hot tub was enjoyable later at night, once the heat of the day ended. Pretty downtown Chico and restaurants were a quick 6-10 min drive away. Would stay here again!”

Relax by the pool or take an invigorating walk in Bidwell Park, only 2 blocks away. This spot is centrally located, so you can get anywhere in under 10 minutes and it’s just 5 minutes from downtown Chico. This Airbnb has two full bathrooms – the hallway bath has a shower and the master bath has a shower and separate tub. There are also two dedicated and spacious patios that can be used for BBQing or entertaining. Or just enjoy a glass of wine by the outdoor fire. The hot tub is for use by the front house only and is on a private patio off of the primary bedroom. Finally the pool is centered in the yard, so you can enjoy it no matter where you are in the house!

“Nicole’s place is wonderful and whimsical. You feel like home instantly. The beds are cozy and we fell in love with the master bathroom. The house is spotless and has everything you can wish for: a refreshing pool, a deck where you can have a beer and relax after a long day of adventures, one beautiful master bedroom, three exquisitely decorated guest bedrooms, so everyone in our party had a place to relax and unwind, a well appointed kitchen and even 2 espresso machines! Our only regret is that our stay was too short to fully enjoy this magical place. Thank you so much, Nicole!”
