You can communicate with your guests through the Airbnb messaging system. This system allows you to exchange messages with your guests before, during, and after their stay. Some things you may not want to include in your Airbnb listing are: irreplaceable items, family heirlooms, weapons, drugs, and anything illegal. House rules are guidelines that you set to help manage expectations for your listing. They can include everything from check-in and check-out times to quiet hours and housekeeping expectations. You should never cancel a guest’s reservation without talking to Airbnb support first. You also want to make sure you’re not canceling because of something that could be against Airbnb’s discrimination policy.
